How to Make Money from Home

If you're like me you are always looking for ways to bring income into the household. I've been looking for different things to do online for quite a few years now and have come across many oportunities, some better than others. Here is my list of legitimate work-from-home opportunities.

Oven Baked Red Potatoes

 Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2.Wash your potatoes. I like to use a vegetable brush so they get real good and clean.

3. Next, dice them up into bite size pieces.

4. Line a 9 x 13 pan with aluminum foil. This step isn't necessary, but it makes clean up SO much easier.

5. Combine potatoes, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl. Just enough oil to coat the potatoes and salt and pepper to taste.
6. Pour your potatoes into your already prepared pan.

7. Bake at 425 degrees for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
 8. When you are able to easily pierce the potatoes with a fork, sprinkle the parmesan cheese over top and put it back into the oven until the cheese is melted. *Parmesan doesn't quite melt as well as other cheeses so feel free to substitute whatever cheese you like.
That's it. You're all done. Enjoy!

Crockpot Cubesteak

This main dish will be the most delicious thing that you may EVER put in your mouth. It is super easy to make and you will not be disappointed.

Ingredients:
*Optional:
  • A few tblsp. of flour

 Procedure:
1. Salt and pepper cubesteak and  place in your crockpot.

 2. Mix together remaining ingredients.

3. Pour mixture on top of cubesteak.
(there is no need to try to stir it at this point)

 4. Cook on LOW for 8 hours or...

HIGH for 4 hours.

After it is done and you have stirred it, it should look something like this. I know, looks kinda gross, but it is SO good.

*If you want a gravy just add in some flour. I find it's easier to spoon out some juice from the meat and put it in a cup and then mix the flour into that. It makes it easier to stir it all together.

**Freezer friendly!! Just put everything into a gallon freezer bag (uncooked), squeeze the air out, and freeze. When you are ready to cook it just thaw it in the fridge overnight or run hot water over it in the sink. You just need to get it out of the bag and into the crockpot. Allow extra time if it is still frozen.

This main dish pairs well with Oven Baked Red Potatoes.
